Elizabeth Sockolov Personal Life Coach
Elizabeth Sockolov is one of the founders of Shifts Coaching. She is a licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California, and currently in mindfulness teacher training through the University of California, Berkeley with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. Elizabeth does remote sessions with her clients throughout the United States, and specializes in working with those struggling with addiction, anxiety, and developmental disorders.
Through her work, Elizabeth has worked with teens, young adults, couples, and more. As a life coach, she works with individuals to help them address the issues that are preventing further growth. Elizabeth’s work is rooted in compassion and kindness, yet she isn’t afraid to lovingly tell someone what they need to hear.
